Morgan Watson
Morgan is an event planner and fundraiser turned Real Estate Agent. For the past 12 years of her career, she spent fundraising and as event planner for art, architecture, and academic organizations in New York City and Columbia, SC. During COVID, she moved back home to Columbia to spend time with family and work remotely. During that time, she met her fiancé, Gerardo Gomez, and the rest is history.
Morgan grew up in Irmo, SC, and graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Journalism in 2010 from the University of South Carolina. She also currently sits on the Columbia of Art Contemporaries Board.
Her work experience has taught her how to truly understand the importance of listening to her clients, communicating, problem-solving, and helping clients work towards their goals. From the start of your listing until you are sitting at that closing appointment she will be there to seamlessly guide you through the process.
Morgan has grown up with real estate in her blood. As a young girl she can still recall the moment, her father told her he was starting his own real estate company, W Realty. She remembers and still sees the amount of work it takes to grow, and sustain a prosperous company; a trustworthy network, a hard work ethic (those houses aren't going to sell themselves!) and someone who treats and respects their clients as their own, while they make one of the most important decisions of their lives.
