My name is Mary Cox.  As a native of South Carolina, I was born and raised in the Columbia area.  My family and I have lived in Lexington for 30 years.

My passion and excitement of buying and selling real estate motivates me to exceed my client's expectations. With my experience and education, I am here to help you find the right property.  

Being a real estate investor for the majority of my adult life, I have purchased and sold rental homes, vacation condos, commercial, agricultural, and residential properties. I have also purchased properties through delinquent tax sales.

I have successfully managed rental properties and I have been involved with long term, short term, residential and commercial leases. I received my residential builder's license in 2005 and feel that this knowledge gives me an advantage in buying and selling properties.

I have also worked as an interior decorator for both residential and commercial interests.  This allows me to help clients in complex decisions regarding remodeling and staging. I received my Broker's license in 2019.
