Originally from Lexington, KY, Marilyn moved to Columbia, SC in 2001. Prior to real estate she owned and managed a Hair Salon for 20 years.

Now with 15 years of experience selling the Lake Murray, Lexington, and Greater Columbia area, she enjoys all aspects of the real estate industry. Marilyn specializes in New Home sales, investor sales, and first-time home buyers, while educating the customer and making the experience as smooth and stress free as possible.
