Erin Starling is excited to be a part of the W Realty team. Erin moved to Columbia when she was a teenager and lived in the Northeast area.  She moved back 14 years ago and lives in Irmo with her husband of 20 years and her 4 children who are proud to be a part of the Lexington/Richland 5 School District.  Before becoming a stay at home mom, Erin received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and was an interior designer and construction manager for a private firm in Savannah, GA.  Erin's training in construction/remodel and interior design goes hand in hand with her love for real estate.  Her knowledge of the greater Columbia area and her eye for design gives her the ability to help you to Buy or Sell the home of your dreams.
