Connie Stroble joins the W Realty team, excited to represent buyers and sellers in her hometown. Connie grew up in West Columbia, and has lived in Columbia and Chapin and currently resides in Lexington. Having lived in Columbia and its surrounding communities, Connie has a knowledge of the many benefits that only the personal experience of living in those areas can bring.

Connie graduated from Francis Marion University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. For the last 24 years, she has specialized as a Right of Way Land Acquisition Agent. Connie has always had a love for real estate, having obtained her real estate licence 15 years ago. Outside of real estate, Connie loves the outdoors and is actively involved in her church. Her favorite pastime is spending time on the lake with her husband and Chocolate Lab, Lacie Jane. 

Connie's goal is for the home buying and selling process to be fun, easy and stress-free. She values honesty and is committed to working hard, as well as listening and communicating effectively with her clients in order to find them the perfect home.
