Charlie Ricard has been a lifelong Southerner. He was born in Columbia and raised in the town of Springdale. Growing in the Midlands of South Carolina has given him a certain set of values and manners you only find in the South. After a twenty eight year career in retail he made a career change and his love of customer service made real estate a natural fit. He's now able to focus that passion into spending time one on one with his clients. 

He's been happily married for the past six years and enjoys spending time with his amazing family and wonderful in-laws. Him and his husband also enjoy spoiling their two "dog-children" Pheeny ( a miniature schnauzer) and Gus ( pitt-mix). His love of his home state and hometown really shine when he gets to play "tour-guide" to people who are considering a move to the area.
